Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Firstly everyone was very kind and caring from reception to the doctor to the hygienist all around 10 out of 10. Would give 6 stars if possible! I came in for my first dentist appointment in over 3 years, had X-rays taken, then went to the exam room within minutes of arriving. Dr. Rawalt did my exam and was incredibly kind and informative on all the things she was seeing in the exam. She then explained what steps to take in fixing them. She also was able to remove my permanent retainer same day. After explaining everything from the exam, she brought in a benefits coordinator to explain what the cost for each procedure would be, and if I would like to get them done. The benefits coordinator then got approval from me via signature. I payed right there in the exam room and they got to work! Next the RDH Jenny Markel did my cleaning and was very thorough, even getting off old composite on my teeth from when I got my braces off 12 years ago which many hygienists didn’t even get off at other practices I had gone to. She too was very kind and I had a wonderful time making small talk with her and she finished my cleaning. After that was done Dr. Rawalt came back in and got my permanent retainer removed and smoothed out the rough spots from the residual glue left behind. My lower incisors have never been so smooth! Overall and by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office! Thank you guys so much for your lovely care!

Absolute Game Changer - Found My New Dental Home! Dr. Emma Reno and the entire team at Olathe South Dentistry are operating at the highest level of excellence. Dr. Reno is exceptionally talented, confident, and compassionate. She quickly reviewed my scans, identified complex issues (Stage 1 periodontal disease, crown replacement, infection), and executed a multi-stage plan quickly and painlessly. Her constant communication was so reassuring that I actually fell asleep while she was extracting an old broken crown! The professional support staff are equally outstanding: • Brandi at check-in immediately set a tone of confidence. • Assistants Jorge and Leah were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kept me comfortable throughout. • Hygienist Brooklyn provided a truly painless deep cleaning and laser treatment, plus great education. • Office Coordinator Abbie worked with my insurance to provide total peace of mind regarding the financials. After going to dentists my entire life, I can confidently say this group are game changers. If you want skilled, attentive, and professional dental care, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!
